FAQ

Q. How are tickets delivered?
A. Secure barcoded e-tickets are delivered immediately by e-mail for you to print at home or just save them to your smartphone/tablet to be scanned on screen. Please enter your e-mail address carefully when booking.

Q. Where can I purchase tickets?
A. Discount advance tickets are available online and only via our website - we use the ticketing platform www.tickettailor.com, you will be directed to their website via our event page to purchase your tickets.
As long as there is still availability you will also be able to buy tickets on the gate.

Q. What time do the gates open?
A. Free Parking is available from 9:30am with the event gates opening at 10am.

Q. Is parking included in the ticket price?
A. Yes, there is plenty of free parking, including disabled parking but no over night stay.

Q. Is there disabled car parking available?
A. Yes, the car park / area of the car park nearest to the site entrance is reserved for disabled parking. Please simply tell a car park attendant on the day and make sure your Blue Badge is clearly displayed in your windscreen.

Q. Can I bring my carer?
A. You are welcome to bring your carer - They do not need to purchase a ticket, though please provide proof of your carer entitlement.

Q. Can I show my ticket on my smartphone/tablet rather than printing it out?
A. Yes, as long as you are able to fully download and save the ticket to the device, and open it on the screen, the scanners will be able to verify it. Please ensure that you have downloaded the document before you arrive on site, as we cannot guarantee enough coverage to do so once you arrive.

Q. Is there food and drink available onsite?
A. Refreshments will be available to purchase from our vendors, including alcohol, tea and coffee, and a selection of hot & cold food.

Q. Can I bring a picnic/alcohol?
A. To respect our food and drink vendors, picnics and alcohol are not allowed to be brought on to the event site.

Q. Can I go back and forth to the car park?
A. Yes. You will be given a wristband when you arrive to enable you to get back in.

Q. Can I bring my own BBQ or camping stove?
A. Unfortunately not, due to fire and safety regulation

Q. Are the house and grounds open to visitors during the day?
A. Yes. The House will be open to Festival attendees only and will be £5 per adult and free for children

Q. I am buying tickets under my details but intend to give them to somebody as a gift – will this be ok?
A. Yes. This is no problem - we suggest adding the gift recipients name to the order but your email address in case of any issues. You will however not be able to change the email address on this order at a later date.

Q. Can I bring my dog to the event?
A. Yes, well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Dogs must stay with their owners at all times and litter must be disposed of immediately.

Accessibility

Disabled parking is as close to the event site as possible - please be aware this is an historic site with some uneven ground including gravel and cobbled paths. For those with limited mobility we have a buggy with a wheelchair ramp which can collect from event car park and drop off directly in front of the House. Follow Brown Heritage signs from A3 (M) Emsworth exit or A27 Havant exit. Enter the Estate through the South Entrance (unless directed otherwise for specific events)

Rowland Castle Station - Approximately 2 miles

Emsworth Station - Approximately 3 miles away
