About the Show
Now in its sixth year the Stansted Summer Festival is a well-established capstone event for the Stansted Park estate.
Presenting a weekend of family fun and entertainment for all ages including the largest meeting of Napoleonic Reenactors in Europe – bringing live battles and displaying exciting drills, lots of incredible music on the South Lawn, a wide range of food and drink for all tastes, a lively Kids Area with Punch & Judy, Magic Shows, Circus Skills, Lawn games, Tennis and more, fantastic displays from the Field Gun Sport team, Archery, Tractor-Trailer rides around the Estate, plus entry to the Yew Maze and the Stansted Light Railway.
Our stallholders are a vital part of our fun-filled event as we welcome 4,000 visitors over the festival weekend showcasing our quintessential country estate.
Stall Holders - What we are looking for
We are looking for a diverse range of unique and beautiful stalls highlighting the incredible creativity and craftsmanship of those in the local area. We love bold, creative stalls offering products or experiences that our guests wouldn’t normally come across! If you have a stunning setup showcasing handmade, crafted or curated goods or you’re a local business offering exciting services to the community then we would love to hear from you.
If you would like to be considered for a trading space at the Stansted Summer Festival 2026 please complete the following form. Please note that due to the volume of applications we may not be able to reply to all trader requests. Trading applications will close on the 30th April 2026, or when all available spaces have been successfully allocated.
