About the Show

Now in its sixth year the Stansted Summer Festival is a well-established capstone event for the Stansted Park estate.

Presenting a weekend of family fun and entertainment for all ages including the largest meeting of Napoleonic Reenactors in Europe – bringing live battles and displaying exciting drills, lots of incredible music on the South Lawn, a wide range of food and drink for all tastes, a lively Kids Area with Punch & Judy, Magic Shows, Circus Skills, Lawn games, Tennis and more, fantastic displays from the Field Gun Sport team, Archery, Tractor-Trailer rides around the Estate, plus entry to the Yew Maze and the Stansted Light Railway.

Our vendors are a vital part of our fun-filled event as we welcome 4,000 visitors over the festival weekend showcasing our quintessential country estate.

Hot Food, Ice Cream & Drink Vendors

We have an excellent range of food and drink vendors, most of which return year after year and as such, we usually have limited availability for new vendors. However, we are always interested to know about other local providers and welcome you to submit a form for us to keep your details on file.

Please note that due to the volume of applications we may not be able to reply to all trader requests. Trading applications will close on the 30th April 2026, or when all available spaces have been successfully allocated.

Before You Apply

All our traders are hand selected because we love your products and think you would be a great fit for the event. To maintain the atmosphere of the event we ask that you please confirm you have read and understood the following points by ticking the boxes. If any of them cause an insurmountable problem for your setup and ability to trade please consider carefully if this is the right festival for you.

All vendors require a high quality weather-resistant unit (suitable for possible windy conditions) or alternative structure appropriate to your product. An image of your setup is required.

The Festival runs from 10am to 6pm both days, vendors are expected to stay in situ for the duration and be set up by 9:45am on both days. You can begin set up on Friday 26th June 2026 from 2pm

Digital copies of your public liability insurance, risk assessment and food hygiene certificates (if appropriate) are required before we can confirm your booking.

There is a minimum standard pitch fee of £275 including VAT for the weekend. This does not include electric if required, which is an additional £50 or £70 depending on how much power is needed

Payment is required in full within 30 days of booking to confirm your pitch space.

Emsworth Station - Approximately 3 miles away
