Before You Apply
The Stansted Summer Festival runs from 10am to 6pm on the weekend of 27th and 28th of June 2026. We welcome a limited number of vintage, classic or unique vehicles to be part of each day, situated within the hub of the festival grounds.
Please carefully read the following information and tick the boxes to show you understand. You will receive confirmation of attendance from us via email - please allow 2 weeks for your application to be reviewed.
We ask that all classic and vintage vehicles endeavour to arrive around 10am and we appreciate the commitment to stay for at least 4 hours of the show.*
Most vehicles will be parked on grass and away from trees. A select few may be positioned on the Forecourt of the Mansion.*
Attendance must be confirmed in advance with Stansted Park, please do not turn up on the day without having confirmation from us. *
For your commitment in bringing your vehicle to the Festival you will receive day entry wristbands for the driver plus one guest. You will receive details of how these wristbands will be issued on confirmation*
You will be directed into place by one of our parking attendants. If you wish to leave before 6pm, you must speak to one of the attendants before moving your vehicle and wait to be guided off of the festival site.*
