Yoga with Ali Goode
NEW for 2023, Ali Goode will be hosting family yoga sessions within the Walled Gardens. Sessions with Ali will run at 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3pm on Saturday 15th July and 12pm, 2pm and 3:30pm. Sessions must be booked in advance via Ali Goodes website at chialiyoga.co.uk/booking. and you must have a pre purchased festival ticket for the relevant day.
When Ali was introduced to power yoga she was immediately hooked ‘I felt it was the missing link and something my body was craving yet hadn’t realised. I loved the way it challenged my body, cleared my mind and left me feeling spiritually connected’.

Stansted Light Railway and Maze
Included in your ticket is entry to the Stansted Maze and Light Railway. The Stansted Maze, in the Lower Walled Garden, is a circular maze, based on the target maze at Villa Pisani, Italy. There are over 500 yew trees and about a kilometre of hedging to be cut every year in the Stansted Maze. The yew trees were planted in 2002 and many are nearly 2 metres tall.
The Stansted Park Light Railway is a 7 and a quarter inch gauge miniature railway situated next to the Stansted Park Garden Centre. It runs 850 yards through the Arboretum, past a 12 foot span girder bridge and a 3 platform station. There is also a 6 road engine shed and workshop, plus a turntable. The railway will take you on a lovely circuit that will provide enjoyment for all ages.
