Join us for a gathering of all your favourite teddy bears for a big picnic on the lawn in front of Stansted House on Easter Monday.

We are opening the grounds surrounding Stansted House for a special family and friends picnic in front of the Mansion! Bring your own picnic, rugs, portable chairs and of course, teddy bears! Come and enjoy a relaxing afternoon on the lawn in front of Stansted House, which is not usually open for picnics.

There will be some light activities such as Teddy Bear themed colouring sheets (don't forget your pencil case!) and a Teddy Bear Parade on the forecourt. 

Otherwise this is a chance to enjoy an afternoon with your friends and family in the grounds of Stansted House.

If you would like to visit Stansted House during the afternoon, it will be open slightly earlier on Easter Monday from 12pm to 5pm (last entry at 4pm). Entry to the House will be free for children and £10 for adults - however you do not need to buy tickets to the House to come along to this  event. 

​

Please note that all children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with no more than 4 children per adult. 

​

Unfortunately only service dogs are able to attend this event.
