Stansted Park - Your Very Special Wedding Venue

Whether you are looking for a venue for your ceremony, or a reception, or both, we can provide a fantastic setting, private and welcoming, at historic Stansted Park. For your ceremony, our elegant Music Room is licensed as a venue for up to 80 seated guests. The room opens out to far -reaching views from the East Portico and its private lawns. " Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better setting" We greet your guests in the Main Hall,   where drinks receptions are also held. The sparkling Drawing Room, hung with beautiful portraits, seats up to 50 for a ‘wedding breakfast’ and leads to the South Terrace with wonderful views and dramatic sunsets. " We absolutely adore Stansted House and yet it still managed to surpass our expectations" After a civil ceremony you may wish to arrange a blessing in the private Chapel in the gardens.   If your ceremony has already taken place, we are also happy to host your reception, celebration lunch or a marquee party at Stansted Park.

Next to the house is the South Lawn marquee site for a larger party. It is an idyllic setting for an evening of celebrations to complete your special day at Stansted Park.

We will put you in contact with our choice of expert caterers and marquee suppliers who work with us to help you put together the day of your dreams in this beautiful setting.

You can download our wedding brochure here. We do have some availability for 2010 and are now taking bookings for 2011-12-13 but will hold our facility fees at 2009 levels. VAT is expected to rise in January 2011- book before to pay less!
