The Stansted Maze opened is 2011 as a great new fun family attraction.
The Stansted Maze is in the lower walled garden and is open 1pm-4pm (weather permitting) at weekends, on Wednesdays and in school holidays (including Bank Holidays) from February to October.
The maze has just re-opened, opens all of half-term week 1pm-4pm, then weekends and Wednesdays until the next school holidays (Easter) when it opens every day 11am-4pm.
There are over 500 yew trees and about a kilometre of hedging to be cut every year in the Stansted Maze. The yew trees were planted in 2002 and many are nearly 2 metres tall.
Admission: £3 adults, £2 children £10 Family ticket (if cheaper).
TIckets available at the gate, or from other attractions on site. On Family Days and special event days, admission is only £1.
A new viewing platform gives great views across the maze and over the walled gardens towards Stansted House.
